Created by local Warrandyte artist, Deborah Halpern, the impressive sculpture stands over four and a half metres tall and embodies the creative, artistic and beautiful spirit of Nillumbik.

To celebrate the installation of the new public artwork, residents are invited to an official launch on Friday 13th February 2015, 6-8pm at the North Warrandyte Family Centre, 184 Research-Warrandyte Road, North Warrandyte.
