Hardening your home for bushfire
Part 1 features a pre-recorded webinar featuring Dr Jack Cohen (Former US Forest Service Research) and Dr Justin Leonard, CSIRO that explores:
- How homes are destroyed by bushfire
- Zone Zero and the Home Ignition Zone
- Actions to harden your home to reduce risk
Part 2 will be a live webinar on Thursday 18 September 2025 between 7pm and 8.30pm AEST. You will be able to lodge questions before and during the webinar. Justin Leonard, CSIRO, a subject matter expert working on the front line of bushfire research and resilience will respond to questions.

- Note any questions you may have. Priority will be given to short questions lodged before the webinar that are relevant to the topic of hardening a home.
